Problem
Their extensive catalog of jewelry wasn’t properly organized and their site was built on an outdated e-commerce platform. Additionally, they needed to incorporate customer email, shopping analytics, and improve the checkout process.
Solution
A custom website was built utilizing the Shopify platform which allowed them to keep track of orders and review analytics. Mailchimp was incorporated to improve customer email and their product pages were redesigned to improve shopping workflow.
Simplified Navigation
Restructuring the navigation improved the usability of the site and made it easier for users to find what they were looking for. The new menu allowed users to easily access different pages and a dynamic filtering system for products helped narrow down their search.
Streamlined Approach
We removed all the unnecessary info on each product page, created a standardized template, and redesigned the layout. By streamlining the payment process and removing areas of friction, this resulted in a better user experience and increased sales.
Automation and Analytics
Utilizing Mailchimp allowed Jemma Sands to send automated, target, and personalized emails to their customers. Additionally, analytics provided by Shopify helped their team improve performance and make better decisions for the business.
